With the TOX® PMO (Process Monitor) and EPW 600 systems, TOX® is bringing new solutions for the end-to-end monitoring of production processes to the trade fair. Both systems enable precise recording and evaluation of process data in real time. They provide the basis for predictive maintenance and contribute to increasing process reliability and product quality. Thanks to their modular structure, the monitoring systems can be integrated into new systems as well as used to retrofit existing systems.

At automatica 2025 in Munich, TOX® will be showcasing new solutions for networked production in Hall A6, Stand 534. The focus will be on systems for process monitoring, electromechanical drives and compact assembly workstations - which can be experienced live at several exhibits.

With the TOX® ElectricDrive Core, TOX® is presenting a fully integrated drive system that not only provides high force density but also all relevant functions for process monitoring and data communication. The combination of servo drive, controller, EdgeUnit and software enables seamless and flexible connection to industrial networks using standardized protocols such as OPC UA or MQTT. The system is supplemented by a scalable safety concept that ranges from STO and a patented safety brake concept to SLS and PLe - each adapted to the customer's requirements. The system can be seen in two versions at automatica - as a safety exhibit and as a compact demo kit to illustrate the control system and function.
Another highlight is the TOX® FlexPress Compact
The compact manual workstation is suitable for a variety of manual assembly processes and is equipped with an electromechanical drive and integrated sensors. Processes can be intuitively controlled, visualized and evaluated via the UDI panel. The FlexPress impresses with its space-saving construction, its ergonomic design and its suitability for flexible tool inserts, for example for clinching, riveting or press-fitting.
Technology you can touch: PMO exhibit shows practical application
A special exhibit for TOX® process monitoring gives visitors a practical insight into how the system works. The solution is designed for use with various TOX® drive and press systems and allows key quality indicators to be recorded and analyzed. This allows components to be fully documented and processes to be adapted in a targeted manner - a key component for implementing intelligent production strategies.
