The ZGH retainer can be used for TOX® Powerpackages with larger intensifier parts A2 > A and cannot be retrofitted.
Control units für TOX® Powerpackages
We offer various ways to adapt and optimize the “normal” stroke of a TOX® Powerpackage to individual requirements. Talk to us!
Tool coupling
The ZWK tool coupling is screwed directly onto the working piston of the TOX® Powerpackage and provides a flexible connection with the tool. This prevents lateral forces acting on the cylinder. In addition, the ZWK tool coupling receives an anti-rotation device.
Tool holding fixture with anti-rotation device
The tool holding fixture is attached to the working piston of the TOX® Powerpackage. The guide bushings in the press frame thus ensure reliable anti-rotation protection.
Mini ram
The scope of delivery of the ZMS mini ram includes the ZWK tool coupling. It is attached to the working piston of the TOX® Powerpackage. In addition, two connectors in the press frame ensure optimum guidance.
Oil level monitoring
The ZU oil level monitoring measures the oil level inside the TOX® Powerpackage. When reaching the oil level minimum, the integrated position indicator optionally actuates a pneumatic or electric switch. Reset then occurs by hand.
Mounting plate
The mounting plate at the front (ZFV) can be retrofitted for the TOX® Powerpackages. The mounting plate at the rear (ZFH) cannot be retrofitted. It can be used for TOX® Powerpackages with larger intensifier parts A2 > A.
Retainer with spherical bearings at the rear
The ZGH retainer can be used for TOX® Powerpackages with larger intensifier parts A2 > A and cannot be retrofitted
Electronic pressure switch
The oil pressure in the high-pressure section of the TOX® Powerpackage is detected in the electronic pressure switch ZDO and indicated by a 4-digit LED display.
Press force sensor
The ZPS press force sensor can be screwed directly onto the working piston of the TOX® Powerpackage. It can be used to measure press forces in pulling and pressure direction. The sensor is protected against dust and dirt.
External travel measuring system
The external travel measuring system ZHW determines the absolute position of the working piston, even after a power failure. By attaching it to the outside of the tension rods, the attachment position of the travel measuring system can be adapted to the conditions inside the press.
Oil pump
The oil pump guarantees the optimum maintenance concept and long maintenance intervals. It is used for simple filling and lowering of the oil volume of the TOX® Powerpackage without the formation of bubbles. The housing and filler hose are transparent, which enables continuous oil level monitoring in the pump. There is no need to use much force.
