TOX^® offers the only safe way to apply clinching technology with guarantee! We can draw from thousands of already realized tool combinations in our database. If your material combination or application is not yet available, we will determine the suitable tool set. For you, of course, free of charge. You get from us:

Clinching tools

TOX^® Collar Punch

Available in the following diameters: 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm up to 26 mm. Special lengths of 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm are possible.

TOX^® Round Joint Collar Die

The die with insert has an integrated oil relief system. Available in the following diameters: 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm up to 26 mm.

TOX^® Round Joint Die, stepped

The stepped die is particularly useful for difficult component accessibility, such as C-, U-profiles, angled sheets etc. The tools can be replaced quickly and easily.

TOX^® Round Joint Die, flat

The flat die reaches almost any corner of the component. It enables small seam widths and a compact design. The tools can be replaced quickly and easily.

TOX^® SKB Collar Die

The SKB Die is perfectly suited to complex joining tasks. It has 3 - 6 solid parts and 3 - 6 moveable segments. The die is available in diameters 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm.

The stepped die is particularly useful for difficult component accessibility, such as C-, U-profiles, angled sheets etc. The tools can be replaced quickly and easily.

TOX^® TWINpoint Collar Punch

The TOX^® TWINpoint with anti-twist device and significantly increased joint strength compared to the single point. The TOX^® TWINpoint also has excellent electric conductivity.

TOX^® TWINpoint Collar Die

The TOX^® TWINpoint is particularly suited to slim flanges and limited installation spaces. The rigid die combined with the same process flow as for the single point account for the full benefits of the TOX^® Round Joint.

Special types of the clinching tools

Special types are for example the anti-rotation device for TOX^® Collar Tools or tapering as well as TOX^® Side Mount Tools.

In addition to the clinching technology, TOX^® also provides complete toolkits and multi-point tools for automated manufacturing.

The in-house tool construction and tool manufacturing realizes project-specific requirements and supplies ready-to-use press systems from one source. This means you can benefit from seamless and needs-based service with TOX^® as sole contact partner and technology expert.

Optimize your toolkit

TOX^® spring CZF for stripper

Special coil spring suitable for the strippers type CSR and type CMR. The springs are cut according to parallelism and angularity.

TOX^® stripper

After joining, the punch must be removed from the point indentation again, or the die must be lifted from the point elevation. This is why strippers for punch and die are required.

TOX^® holding flange

Holding flange for stripper, can be screwed onto the working piston of the TOX^® Powerpackage or adapted on sheet side.

TOX^® ToolCheck

The die monitoring TOX^® ToolCheck monitors the state of the TOX^® Clinch Die in combination with the process monitoring.

TOX^® Spraying System

Specifically developed spraying system for spraying the workpiece surface and/or TOX^® tools directly before the joining process. This reduces the joining and stripping forces.
