TOX^® FinePress

The TOX^® toggle presses are equipped with a linear ball rail for more flexibility and easier operation. The manually operated bench press creates large forces at the end of the stroke, which can be used to individually process sheet metals of different strengths without using much force.

The TOX^® FinePress, proven in many industries, is ideal for assembling, crimping, punching, stamping and coining as well as any applications with high-strength metals.

The TOX^® Toggle Presses impress with:

The TOX^® Toggle Press is available as manually operated bench press in three frame sizes:

• Type S (standard frame)

The TOX^® Rack and Pinion Presses are equipped with a constant force path across the entire cutting stroke.

The pneumatic presses are driven by a pneumatic, compressed air-operated cylinder. The high press forces are suitable for processes requiring pressing, forming and joining.

• Adjustable press forces up to 57.5 kN

• End position damping, stroke adjustment across the entire distance and end position monitoring included as standard

• No interfering tubing. The connections of the pneumatic supply are integrated into the frame

• Complete control including maintenance unit integrated into the press

• Available with automatic or manual infeed
