WEEE AND BATTERY POLICY

Take-back of old electrical equipment (WEEE)

Manufacturers, distributors and importers who bring electrical and electronic equipment onto the market in Germany are legally obliged to register with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (Stiftung ear). TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK SE & Co. KG is registered with WEEE under the registration number DE60574051 and identifies all products that are placed on the market after August 13, 2006 in accordance with Annex II of the ElektroG with the crossed-out waste bin symbol.

Disposal of old B2B devices

Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) that is only used outside of private households or is generally not used in private households (so-called B2B devices) may NOT be disposed of at public collection points.

TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK SE & Co. KG offers business customers in Germany the opportunity to return their purchased B2B electrical and electronic equipment for a fee to ensure that reuse, recycling and environmentally friendly disposal are guaranteed. If you would like to arrange for the return of a B2B old device, please use the contact form below. If you have any questions about the return costs of your B2B devices, please contact us directly by email or telephone.

Next steps:

  1. Delete all personal data on the electrical or electronic device(s).

  2. Remove old batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed in the old electrical device before handing over the device.

  3. Pack the device(s) so that they can be shipped properly.

In order to return one of our B2B devices, you will need a return form from us. Without this form, processing by our service provider is not possible.
