Drives EQe-K / EXe-K / EXe-F

The 0-position (zero position) of the electromechanical press drives of types EQe-K, EXe-K and EXe-F is indicated in all technical documents (product data sheets, CAD models, installation drawings).

What do you need to pay attention to?

• During the design, it must be ensured that the internal fixed stop (0 position -3 mm) of the drive can be approached. The drive needs this travel for referencing.

• The drive can only be lubricated via the external lubricating nipple in 0 position and in fixed stop position. For technical reasons, relubrication is not possible in other positions.

• The entire nominal stroke of the drive can be used starting from 0 position.

The above points are crucial for the design and for correct maintenance of the drive.

Servo press EXe-L

The fixed stop of the EXe-L electromechanical press drive is specified in all technical documents (product data sheets, CAD models, installation drawings).

What do you need to pay attention to?

• During the design, it must be ensured that the drive can move from the fixed stop to the 0 position after referencing (fixed stop +3 mm).

• The drive can only be lubricated via the external lubricating nipple in 0 position and in fixed stop position. In addition, lubrication can be provided via the two internal lubrication points if required.

• The entire nominal stroke of the drive can be used starting from 0 position.
