We press joining elements such as nuts, bolts or screws into almost any material. This includes metals from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, high-strength steels up to fiber reinforced materials. Thanks to the cold joining technology, you can also join thermosensitive materials unhesitatingly. The material structure remains unchanged at all times. Only parameters such as a material-dependent minimum thickness are to be observed.

Not only that: You save time, money and energy. The press-in procedure is a cold joining technology. No heat means the machined workpieces can be handled immediately. In addition, any rework can be omitted – for example the removal of any weld spatter. The automatic addition of punching elements accelerates the process.

You can focus on other tasks during processing – our process monitoring documents and ensures the quality of the joint. The process-reliable supply of the functional elements is also automatic.

With the TOX^® press-fit technology, you get joints with high static and dynamic carrying capacities. This makes subsequent assembly processes easier.
